The Samsøe Samsøe T-shirt showed very little overall dimensional change after the first wash. Body length was measured longer, increasing from 70.5 to 71.7 cm, while chest width decreased from 52.9 to 52.0 cm. Sleeve length and shoulder width were unchanged, and hem width increased slightly. Overall, the first wash did not produce clear general shrinkage, although the chest became slightly narrower.
