Copyright and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the original content published on White Tee Lab — including written reviews, analyses, photographs, videos, graphics, testing methodology, tables and original presentation of test results — is owned by White Tee Lab and protected by applicable copyright law.

The White Tee Lab dataset and its organisation, selection, verification and presentation may also be protected by applicable database and related rights.

Use of White Tee Lab content

You are welcome to link to White Tee Lab and to quote limited extracts or individual test results for purposes such as discussion, commentary, journalism or research, provided that White Tee Lab is clearly identified and linked to as the source where reasonably possible.

You may not, without prior written permission:

reproduce or republish substantial portions of White Tee Lab reviews, analyses, photographs, graphics or other original content;
reproduce or republish the White Tee Lab dataset, or substantial parts of it, in another website, database, publication, application or service;
systematically extract, scrape, collect or reproduce White Tee Lab test results or other data;
repeatedly extract individual data points in a way that effectively recreates or substitutes for the White Tee Lab database;
present White Tee Lab measurements, test results, analyses or other original material as your own;
use White Tee Lab content or data for commercial products or services without permission.

Individual facts and measurements

Individual factual information cannot necessarily be protected in isolation. White Tee Lab does not claim ownership of facts about third-party products.

However, original measurements and test results published by White Tee Lab are the result of White Tee Lab’s own testing, and the systematic collection, organisation and presentation of these results form part of the White Tee Lab project.

If you refer to an individual White Tee Lab test result, identify White Tee Lab as the source.

Text and data mining and AI training

White Tee Lab expressly reserves, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all rights relating to text and data mining of its copyrighted works and protected database content, including the reservation of rights contemplated by Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and applicable national copyright law.

White Tee Lab content may not be used for the training, development or improvement of generative artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without prior written permission, except where such use cannot lawfully be restricted.

Brand information

Product specifications, certification claims, manufacturing information and other information originating from brands or third parties remain attributable to their respective sources. White Tee Lab distinguishes, wherever possible, between information supplied by brands and observations or test results generated independently by White Tee Lab.

Enforcement

White Tee Lab reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in relation to unauthorised copying, extraction, scraping, republication or other unlawful use of its protected content and data.

Where appropriate, White Tee Lab may request the removal or cessation of unauthorised use and may take further legal action to protect its rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the White Tee Lab project and database develop.
